Papers, mostly printed, relating to Federation and the Federal Convention, 1897, for which Turner was the Victorian representative. Various certificates; also newspaper cuttings. A small amount of correspondence, including letters from: A. McLean, Maffra; Raymond H. Arnot, New York; Sir John Madden, Government House, Victoria; and James R. Collins, Treasury, Melbourne. Also included: Ballarat visit of Federal convention delegates 1898.
